URGENT UPDATE-12/5/2023: Syndetic is currently aware of several Vermont Medicaid (Gainwell) audits that are being conducted that now include TPL claims. These are paid claims that were submitted to Medicaid as the secondary insurance carrier. Currently, we do not believe the audits are targeted to Syndetic clients specifically and we are assisting clients (and only Syndetic clients) with these audits. Please forward us a copy of your letter with specific patient names and dates of service so that we can respond to Gainwell accordingly. We understand this is a frustrating and a time-consuming matter and will continue to do what we can to assist you.
